We had an incredible stay at a lovely beachfront apartment with amazing amenities. The location was perfect and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. The manager and his wife were extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Pioneer Waterfront Apartments. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance including Waitangi. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with beautiful views of the Bay of Islands. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed linen was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was a real asset during our stay. we had a delightful stay and would highly recommend this place.

The accommodation was by far the cleanest of any self catering we have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptional and Mark and Vivian's hospitality second to none. The kitchen was well equipped and our apartment overlooked the sea which was just perfect! Ideal location near the beach but not too noisy

I recently had a really good base for my travel and exploration of the beautiful surroundings. The management at the apartment was incredibly helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The apartment itself was well set up and had everything I needed. The location was also fantastic, allowing me to easily walk around and explore the area.

I did encounter a minor issue during my stay. I was allocated the rear bedroom, and unfortunately, I was constantly woken up during the night whenever someone in the unit above used the toilet.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and cafes along the waterfront. The view from the deck was breathtaking, I loved sitting and looking out to the sea. Hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great pool and spa. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

Loved the view and the location of our accommodation! It was walking distance to everything, from bars and restaurants to shops and cafes. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms and the fact that our apartment was clean. the outdoor area overlooking the beach and harbour was just perfect. We could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery while sipping on our drinks.

Parking was a bit of an issue, though. It was extremely tight, and we had trouble maneuvering our car around.

We had a fantastic three-night stay at Pioneer Waterfront. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, with a spacious layout and great amenities. The sky TV in the lounge and main bedroom was a nice touch, and the wifi connection was reliable. We loved the huge deck off the lounge and the well-equipped kitchen. The swimming pool, paddling pool for kids, spa, and BBQ area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. it was a wonderful experience, especially for families.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the centre of town, with easy access to the Islands in the Bay of Islands. Everything was within walking distance, making it very convenient. The service was top-notch, with a wide range of amenities available, including free wifi, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

The value for money at the Pioneer Waterfront Apartments was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the pool and beach. The location was perfect, with the town center and wharf just a stone's throw away. The staff, especially Mark the property manager, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
